Do you only provide recommendations?

No. The engagement combines diagnosis with implementation within the agreed scope. You will know what is being reviewed, what will be built, and what remains a future recommendation.

Do I need to replace all of my software?

Usually not. We evaluate what you already use first. Tools are replaced only when they cannot support the workflow, create unnecessary complexity or risk, or cost more than the value they provide.

Will you put confidential client information into AI tools?

No. AI use must follow the firm’s confidentiality, privacy, professional, and access requirements. Sensitive workflows are assessed before tools or data-handling methods are approved.

Will my team be trained?

Yes. Training and documentation are included for the workflows completed within the engagement so the system does not remain dependent on Mrs. K after handoff.
